Congratulations to Star Legacy Foundation!

MNPQC is proud to announce that Star Legacy Foundation is the first-ever recipient of MNPQC’s Outstanding Community Organization Award!

This new award was created to recognize a Minnesota community-based organization that is making a meaningful and lasting difference in the perinatal space, and Star Legacy embodies exactly that. Through compassionate support, impactful education, and powerful advocacy, Star Legacy has become a national leader in raising awareness and providing resources for families experiencing pregnancy loss and neonatal death.

Their work not only touches countless lives here in Minnesota but also reaches families, providers, and communities across the country. We are honored to celebrate their dedication and amplify their mission. 

At MNPQC’s 2025 Perinatal Improvement Summit, we plan to support Star Legacy by raffling two free IPPE certifications for healthcare professionals. IPPE, also known as the International Partnership for Perinatal Excellence, is a Star Legacy project focused on elevating care standards for families and babies. The IPPE certification program identifies health professionals who innovate, educate, and lead in perinatal health, ensuring every family receives the care they deserve beyond traditional expectations.
