Sierra Hill, MPH, CPH is the Maternal Care Access Coordinator at the Minnesota Department of Health. In this role, she works on the planning, management, and implementation of strategic activities to expand access to prenatal care, doula and midwifery services with the goal of improving health equity and pregnancy outcomes for birthing people in Minnesota.
