Sharonne Dolechek is a registered nurse, educator, and Doctor of Nursing Practice–Family Nurse Practitioner student at Minnesota State University, Mankato, with an anticipated graduation in May 2026. She works as a Float Pool Registered Nurse at M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center East Bank and supports Nursing Core Orientation as a System Professional Development Specialist. In this role, she contributes to onboarding and education efforts that promote safe, high-quality patient care. Her work centers on building confidence, supporting competency development, and strengthening systems that support safe transitions into practice. As a former Lead Preceptor, Sharonne worked alongside unit leadership and council members to help launch a mentorship program designed to better support new team members as they transition into practice. She is committed to advancing health equity through education, advocacy, and quality improvement, with a focus on elevating patient voices and improving maternal and infant health outcomes.
