Rhonda Fellows is a certified birth doula, childbirth educator, pelvic steam facilitator, doula trainer and mentor, lactation champion, and travel agent with more than 20 years of experience working with youth and families in the nonprofit sector. In 2021, Rhonda co-founded Community Aware Birthworker, a teaching, training, and consulting organization.

Rhonda serves families in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area and is dedicated to helping parents recognize their strength, rights, and ability to advocate for themselves. She supports families in understanding their options so they feel informed and empowered throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

As a mentor, Rhonda walks alongside new birthworkers as they build their businesses, identify their purpose in the field, and grow the confidence needed to step into this work. Rhonda believes children are a gift from God and that the birthing process is nothing short of a miracle. She is committed to this work and considers it a calling she was created to fulfill.
