Nicole Kahielani Peltzer is a social marketing communications specialist with over a decade contributing to public health initiatives across Nepal, Hawaiʻi, Saipan, Alaska, and Minnesota. Nicole currently serves as the Communications & Community Engagement Coordinator for the Transforming Maternal Health Model in Minnesota. This position leads communication initiatives and co-design strategy for maternal health Medicaid policy changes, strengthening delivery of whole-person care and implementing a value-based payment design. A graduate of the University of Hawaiʻi, where she earned her MPH in Public Health Policy & Management, and an East-West Center Graduate Degree Fellow and MCHLEND Fellow, Nicole is recognized for sharing real stories, directing behavior change campaigns, and implementing community-led public health initiatives.
