Minnesota Association of Community Health Centers
Monet Goudreault, MSN, RN, PHN, LSN, CLC
Monet is the Quality Improvement Manager at the Minnesota Association of Community Health Centers (MNACHC) where she leads maternal health initiatives and oversees quality improvement efforts that support Minnesota’s community health centers. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from St. Catherine University and has worked in maternal and child health since 2013.
Her professional experience includes serving as a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) and birth doula at a community health center in NY, a Public Health Advisor with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), a Labor & Delivery Nurse at a high-risk obstetric hospital, and a Licensed School Nurse (LSN) within a public school system. Drawing from these diverse experiences, Monet is passionate about bridging the gap between medicine and public health to strengthen care delivery, advance quality improvement efforts, and promote better maternal and population health outcomes.
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the Twin Cities food scene, treasure hunting at estate sales, watercolor painting, and listening to podcasts.
