Mollie brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit, corporate and private sectors. Prior to Proof Alliance, Mollie was the Chief Strategy Officer at the Alzheimer’s Association MN-ND Chapter, the System Director of Health Equity at Allina Health and a Department Director and Senior Archaeologist at Summit Envirosolutions. Mollie has an undergraduate degree in archaeology from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse, a master’s degree in archaeology from the University of Minnesota, and a Mini MBA in nonprofit leadership from the University of St. Thomas. She is an impact-oriented strategist who helps leaders, teams and organizations lead on purpose and make the mission matter.
