Liz Gipson serves as the Population Health Innovation Manager for the MN Department of Human Services (DHS), overseeing reproductive and perinatal benefit policy for Medicaid. Prior to joining DHS, Liz worked at the Center for Health Care Strategies where she led projects related to LGBTQ+ health equity, Medicaid capacity-building, and public health-Medicaid integration. Liz previously worked at Massachusetts Medicaid agency where she developed an agency-wide perinatal-infant health strategy and lead the agency’s efforts to cover doula services.
