As a physician serving the Native American Community in Minneapolis, Dr Rabie has been passionate about addressing the significant health disparities impacting Native Americans in Minnesota.  To address these disparities, she became buprenorphine waivered, and pursued specialty in Addiction Medicine.  She is also passionate about educating the next generation of physicians to provide care to the Native Community in the context of community medicine.  She provides care using the lens of harm reduction.
