Jessica Davison MA, LPCC, LADC
Jessica Davison is a dedicated Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) with extensive experience in mental health and substance use treatment. She holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling (ADC Emphasis) from Crown College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of Saint Benedict. Jessica is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, as well as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
Currently serving as the Clinical Director of Residential Treatment Services at Recovering Hope Treatment Center, Jessica oversees program development, ensures compliance, and provides ethical care to women with children. With a deep commitment to evidence-based practices, she specializes in individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care.
Jessica has a proven track record in program development, policy creation, and curriculum design. She has experience working in correctional settings, outpatient programs, and residential treatment centers, emphasizing a trauma-informed approach to care.
Her additional expertise includes Motivational Interviewing, Crisis Intervention, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). She is actively involved in community initiatives, including the Carlton County Suicide Prevention Task Force, and has provided professional training on substance use, trauma, and mental health to healthcare providers.
Jessica is passionate about empowering individuals on their recovery journey and fostering a collaborative, client-centered approach in clinical settings. Her leadership, combined with her dedication to continuous learning, ensures for continuous advocacy to individuals that she serves.
