Emily brings over a decade of experience working at the intersection of health and human services, with a background in program management, public finance, and policy and advocacy. Most recently, she led the implementation and operations of Family Connects in Pierce County, Washington, overseeing systems-building, cross-sector partnerships, and program delivery. She is a fierce advocate for advancing racial equity through systems change, specifically reimagining and rebuilding equity-centered policies and programs to promote family wellbeing, beginning with maternal and infant health. Outside of work, she loves camping, hiking, and exploring new coffee shops with her spouse and two young children, Hadley (2) and Hank (5).
