Eileen Copiskey, BSN, RNC, is a nursing leader with more than 15 years of experience in Labor, Delivery, and Postpartum care and leadership. She currently serves as Nurse Manager for the Fairview St. John’s Birthplace, where she leads teams committed to delivering safe, high-quality, patient- and family-centered maternity care. Throughout her career, Eileen has been a strong advocate for improving maternal and newborn outcomes through clinical excellence, quality improvement, and equitable care practices. She is passionate about reducing disparities in maternal health, strengthening culturally responsive care, and creating environments where every patient and family feels heard, respected, and supported.
