Diane Tran has been with M Health Fairview since 2015 and currently serves as System Executive Director of Community Health Equity and Engagement and Executive Director of the Center for Community Health Equity. A recognized leader in community engagement and health equity, she has held numerous leadership roles, including Chair of the Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation and the Minnesota Department of Health’s HEAL Council. Diane has been honored by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal as a 2025 Women in Business honoree and by Twin Cities Business as a Notable Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Executive. As the daughter of refugees and founder/co-founder of several community leadership networks, she is deeply committed to advancing equity, resilience, and opportunity across Minnesota communities.
