Ashley has worked at Norman-Mahnomen Public Health for 6.5 years and is a Registered Nurse, certified lactation consultant, and certified child passenger safety technician. In her rural public health role, she supports a wide range of programs, reflecting the many hats often worn in community-based work.

Her primary focus includes family home visiting, where she provides prenatal, postpartum, and parenting support, as well as child passenger safety education. She also assists with school nursing and sexual and reproductive health services, helping ensure individuals and families have access to comprehensive, community-centered care.
