Lindsey Wimmer, RN, MSN, CPNP, CPLC, Star Legacy Foundation, Executive Director
Lindsey Wimmer, RN, MSN, CPNP, CPLC is the Founder and Executive Director of the Star Legacy Foundation, a national non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention and care of perinatal death. Prior to creating the foundation, Ms. Wimmer practiced as a pediatric nurse practitioner in primary care, emergency, public health, and intensive care settings. She also taught pediatrics, obstetrics, public health, and leadership in the nursing department at St. Catherine University. Lindsey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from St Catherine University in St. Paul, MN, and a Master’s Degree in Pediatric Nursing from the University of Colorado. Lindsey and her husband, Trent, experienced the full-term stillbirth of their first child and currently live in Eden Prairie, MN with their 3 living children.
