Plans of Safe Care (POSC) Sprint

This free, educational sprint aims to support all communities that work with Plans of Safe Care (POSC) in improving implementation and cross-sector collaboration. This sprint offers the opportunity to explore strategies, implementation approaches, and policy considerations through presentations by experts in the field. Through discussion and collaboration, this sprint seeks to identify opportunities and practical steps to improve the efficiency of POSC workflows by bringing all POSC stakeholders into a unique shared learning space.

LINK ECHO Series

This free, monthly virtual series invites healthcare providers, behavioral health professionals, social workers, public health agencies, and community organizations across Minnesota to come together in a shared commitment to improving perinatal mental health and substance use outcomes. Through engaging case presentations and interactive discussions, participants will explore practical, evidence-based strategies for identification, referrals, care coordination, and support systems. We’re especially excited to use this space to unpack the newly published task force recommendations and explore actionable steps for bringing them to life in practice.

MNPQC Hypertension ECHO

The Minnesota Perinatal Quality Collaborative (MNPQC) is hosting FREE monthly education calls for our Hypertension in Pregnancy and Postpartum Period Initiative, open to all. This is in collaboration with Project ECHO to implement the MNPQC Hypertension in Pregnancy Care Process Model, case review, and sharing best practices through collaboration.
