Infant Safe Sleep Week in Minnesota
Governor Tim Walz has declared November 13-19, Infant Safe Sleep Week in Minnesota. The Governor’s proclamation has been posted on MDH’s Infant Mortality Reduction Initiative’s website for viewing or downloading. Educational messages highlighting practices demonstrated to keep infants safe while they sleep or nap will be posted on MDH social media platforms during the week of November 13-19. Please share the proclamation, social media postings, as well as the brief list of resources below with organizations and people in your network to help increase awareness.
