Save the Date: 2025 Perinatal Improvement Summit

We are excited to announce that our Perinatal Improvement Summit will be held on October 28, 2025 at the Minneapolis Marriott West. This summit provides an “All Teach, All Learn” opportunity for education, resources, and expertise sharing with a space to make connections across disciplines, hospitals, and statewide geography as we work to improve perinatal health outcomes and experiences for our MN families.

Now Accepting Proposals

We are currently accepting proposals for one-hour breakout sessions during our 2025 Perinatal Improvement Summit. We are seeking presentations on a wide range of topics that collectively enhance perinatal health care. This is an excellent opportunity to present your insights and innovations to a diverse, multidisciplinary audience dedicated to advancing perinatal health. Submit your proposal by March 31st.

DHS is Hiring!

DHS is starting to build the TMaH team that will drive the implementation of Minnesota Department of Human Services‘ TMaH Model over the next 10 years! This model will be implemented in the Twin Cities metro but involve a Community of Learning that is statewide and will bring together members, community-based organizations, providers, plans, counties and the Minnesota Department of Health to guide its iterative development. To help lead this work DHS is hiring a TMaH Project Director!
