In The Know

Thank you Medica!

We’re proud to announce a new partnership with the Medica Foundation, whose generous support is helping us improve maternal health outcomes across Minnesota. Their gift will allow us to develop and distribute the Hypertension Blue Band Patient Experience Survey. This important survey will help us better understand the experiences of patients managing hypertension during pregnancy and guide our efforts to improve care and outcomes statewide. Thank you, Medica Foundation, for supporting our mission to create safer, healthier futures for moms and babies!

Postpartum Patient Experience Survey

We are currently collecting survey responses on Navigating Perinatal Healthcare with Substance Use Disorder in Minnesota. We seek responses from Minnesota residents who have been pregnant in the past 5 years while using drugs or alcohol, though those who did not are also welcome. The anonymous survey takes 15-20 minutes to complete, and participants can receive a $20 gift card. The survey is available in English, Spanish, Hmong, and Somali.

Welcome Our New Members!

We are excited to announce the addition of Siri Fiebiger, MD, MPH, FACOG, and Yaneve Fonge, MD, MPH to MNPQC’s Board. Their expertise and dedication to perinatal health will play a key role in guiding our mission forward. We are grateful for their commitment to our team!

Have you checked out our new Resource Map yet? It’s an interactive, user-friendly tool designed to help both health professionals and families navigate the wide range of perinatal resources available across the state of Minnesota. Our map includes vital information for families and professionals, such as locations, contact details, and service categories, making it easier than ever to access critical care and support.
The National Center on Domestic Violence, Trauma, and Mental Health promotes survivor-defined healing, liberation, and equity by transforming the systems that impact survivors of domestic and sexual violence and their families.
