Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) are a class of antidepressant medications that are used to treat mental health conditions in pregnant and postpartum women. In this webinar, experts in perinatal mental health will share the latest research on SSRIs during pregnancy and lactation; discuss risks, benefits, and efficacy; present a framework for decision-making on the use of SSRIs; and offer clinical insights from the perspectives of obstetrics, pediatrics, and psychiatry.
