Ella is a dedicated public health professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing quality improvement (QI) programs. As the Quality Improvement Program Manager for MNPQC, she works closely with hospital teams to foster collaboration, implement evidence-based initiatives, and deliver targeted education that supports meaningful, sustainable change.

In her role, Ella leads statewide improvement efforts, builds strong partnerships, and supports hospitals in adopting impactful QI strategies. She designs educational modules and helps teams translate ideas into action through thoughtful planning and strategic implementation.

Ella’s dedication is grounded in the belief that small, intentional changes can lead to significant improvements, and that the most effective solutions are created in partnership with those delivering care on the front lines.
