Ella is a dedicated public health professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing quality improvement (QI) programs. As the Quality Improvement Program Manager for the Minnesota Perinatal Quality Collaborative (MNPQC), Ella plays a pivotal role in advancing perinatal health outcomes statewide.
In her role, Ella leads efforts to coordinate with hospital teams, foster collaboration, and facilitate the adoption of impactful QI initiatives. She designs and implements educational modules and analyzes QI data to develop actionable strategies that drive measurable improvements.
