We’re Hiring a Director of Development

The Minnesota Perinatal Quality Collaborative (MNPQC) is hiring a Director of Development to help advance our mission of improving perinatal and infant outcomes across Minnesota.

As a nonprofit organization, MNPQC is committed to building sustainable funding to support and grow our quality improvement work. This newly created leadership role will be responsible for building fundraising systems and processes from the ground up while leading all development efforts.

The Director of Development will play a key role in donor engagement, major gifts, and foundation funding. This is a hands-on role that blends systems thinking, strategic planning, and relationship cultivation. The Director works closely with the President/CEO, Board of Directors, and program staff to drive sustainable revenue growth.
