I am a certified full-spectrum birth doula, certified Indigenous lactation counselor, certified perinatal educator, licensed Addiction counselor, and Founder of Wiingaashk Perinatal Wellness Consulting LLC. I have been working in the urban Indian community for nearly a decade, with a focus on perinatal wellness, substance use prevention and recovery, lactation support, doula workforce development, and community-based healing practices for Native mothers, babies, and families through culturally centered care through education, direct services, consulting, and building community connections.
