With over ten years of experience in healthcare, Cassie contributes to compassionate, evidence-based, and family-centered care at the University of Minnesota Medical Center. As Patient Care Supervisor, she provides direct leadership to surgical technicians and supportive leadership to registered nurses, ensuring a culture of safety.

Her work involves fostering interdisciplinary collaboration with teams across NICU, peri-op, emergency services, and pharmacy, among others.
