Jennifer (Jen) Thaler received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mt. Marty College. She began her nursing career at Mayo Clinic – Rochester in 2006. Jen obtained her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on leadership and management from Western Governors University. She then earned a post-master’s certificate specializing in Adult Geriatric Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Winona State University. After a decade as a labor and delivery nurse, Jen transitioned to the role of CNS. She now supports the inpatient Antepartum, Labor and Delivery, and Mother Baby units, as well as the ambulatory Obstetrics, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility nursing practices at Mayo Clinic – Rochester.
