Mark Foresman, PhD, Healthcare Quality Program Manager in the Healthcare Research and Quality division at the MN Department of Human Services.  Prior to my 9 years at DHS, I was a quality manager at UnitedHealthcare for 5 years working in Medicare Part C and Part D. I have a doctorate in microbiology with training in cellular immunology.  I am experienced in quality assurance and quality systems.  My current work is focused on Medicaid managed care compliance for the State of Minnesota.
