Lori Swanson, RN, PHN, MBA-HM

Lori Swanson, RN, PHN, MBA-HM, is the Director of Women’s and Children’s Services at St. Luke’s Hospital in Duluth with oversight of Labor & Delivery, OB ED, Level 2 Specialized Care Nursery, AfterCare Breastfeeding Clinic, inpatient Pediatrics, and the Ob/Gyn & Pediatric Clinics.  Starting at St. Luke’s in 2011, she has a strong desire to improve birth outcomes in the communities we serve and finds great satisfaction in quality improvement initiatives.   She was the recipient of the 2022 MN Department of Health Betty Hubbard MCH Leadership Award for exceptional community level contributions to improve the lives of families, birthing mothers, infants, and pediatric health outcomes.
