Lauren Graber, MD, MPH

Lauren Graber MD MPH is a family medicine physician specializing in Addiction Medicine at Hennepin Healthcare, with a particular interest in families, pregnant people, and adolescents affected by substance use. She previously served as the Senior Vice President of Population Health & Quality at Minnesota Community Care (MCC), a federally qualified health center in St. Paul. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Boston Medical Center. She is a graduate of Wesleyan University, Yale School of Medicine, and Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health. She aspires to interweave her background and experiences in community based participatory research, passion around family well-being, and commitment to community empowerment as critical elements in leading change to promote the health of communities.
