Ini Eyoh, BSN, RN, PHN, CLEC Dakota County Public Health-Family Health
As a public health nurse, I am very passionate about serving the community and unifying healthcare workers to tackle the many health disparities and health inequities prevalent in healthcare. In my current role as a Public Health Nurse for Dakota County in the Family Health division, I work with antepartum and postpartum women and their babies and follow their care until their child turns two years old. Working with pregnant women and being a resource to ensure a seamless transition into motherhood brings me immense joy, allowing me to assess and advocate for their needs while contributing to the successful development of their children. My passion lies in public health and maternal health, particularly in tackling disparities within our community.Concurrently, I am pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Nurse Administration and Organizational Systems Leadership at Minnesota State University, Moorhead. This educational pursuit reflects my dedication to advancing in a future nurse leadership role, enabling me to make a more significant impact on the community. I am eager to enhance my leadership skills, advocate for change, raise awareness, and connect with like-minded individuals who share a commitment to improving these issues seen in our community.
