AIM Severe Maternal Morbidity (SMM) Review Form Learning Sprint

To help operationalize the Revised SMM Review Form and supporting materials, the AIM Team is excited to host an SMM Review Form Learning Sprint that will begin end of July through August 2024. This SMM Review Form Learning Sprint is a series of rapid, short term technical assistance offerings focusing on a specific topic. Any state/jurisdiction or hospital team may register for this learning opportunity. As inpatient chart reviews primarily occur at the hospital-level, we highly encourage you to share the registration information with your clinicians and hospital networks.
