Chair Job Description-2023

  • Align MNPQC 5-year strategic goals
  • Create and maintain relationships with partner organizations and other community and industry leaders
  • Chair the MNPQC board meetings (monthly updates/meetings include creating agenda & additional prep)
  • Participate in the MNPQC steering committee (quarterly meetings including prep as needed)
  • Assist in recruiting board members and other individuals for projects/work to support the mission of organization (see board member responsibilities)

MNPQC Board of Directors Job Description

  • Oversee MNPQC’s philosophy and review teams performing in achieving its mission
  • Work with agencies, foundations, and major donors to develop branding and marketing strategies.
  • Create and maintain relationships with partner organizations and other community and industry leaders.
  • Assist with fundraising with developing contacts and fulfilling fundraising plan.

MNPQC Committee Vice Chair

Vice Chair Job Description-2023

  • Support the Chair by providing content expertise and oversight to the MNPQC Executive Branch, the MNPQC Committees, and MNPQC initiative teams
  • Provide medical oversight for MNPQC Quality Improvement Initiatives development, implementation, and execution as directed by the Chair
  • Monitor QI initiatives for compliance with project protocols with the MNPQC Steering Committee
  • Review statewide initiatives balancing measure data, reports of local QI team experience, and emerging literature for potential safety concerns on an on-going basis
