With a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and a Master of Public Health (MPH), Shona brings valuable educational and research experience to her role as a Grant and Development Specialist. As a former Division 1 student-athlete, Shona embodies the values of determination and discipline while advocating for women’s health. Her skill sets include crafting compelling grant proposals, effective budget management, and facilitating donor experiences. In her role at MNPQC, Shona is dedicated to improving perinatal health outcomes across Minnesota.
