With a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and a Master of Public Health (MPH), Shona brings valuable educational and research experience to the Grants and Technical Writing Specialist position. As a former Division 1 student-athlete, Shona embodies the values of determination and discipline while advocating for women’s health. Her skill sets include crafting compelling grant proposals, fundraising, graphic design, and digital marketing. In her role at MNPQC, Shona is dedicated to improving perinatal health outcomes across Minnesota.
