Jess brings a background in clinical research and a passion for maternal and child health. Driven by her near-miss experience with the birth of her second son, her dedication to improving birth equity is a personal one. As the Data & Analytics Program Manager, she strives to make meaningful connections and engage new partners in the MNPQC initiatives to advance perinatal health throughout Minnesota.
