DESCRIPTION:This four-part Community of Learning (CoL) series\, Leveraging System Strengths to Solve Capacity Gaps in Limited-Resource Environments\, examines how leadership\, networks\, flexibility\, and collaboration can equip AIM participating facilities operating in limited-resource environments to implement AIM patient safety bundles (PSB). The CoL will focus on how system strengths can be leveraged to address many of the current challenges\, including competing priorities and limited capacity\, the solo champion reality\, and how small denominators make traditional data analysis a challenge. \nTogether\, they will explore strategies for staff support\, customized bundle rollout\, and data utilization for QI in low-volume settings.
