Erin Foss, RN, CARN Program Manager/Nurse Specialist

Erin is a Certified Addiction Registered Nurse that serves as Program Manager and Subject Matter Expert in opioid stewardship and addiction medicine efforts led by Stratis Health. She is shareholder in the programmatic development of addiction medicine programs that are integrated into health care settings and correctional facilities. Research, development of policy and protocol, community engagement, and mentorship to emerging addiction programs are core components of her role.
