Erica Lester, MPH Minnesota Association of Community Health Centers

Erica Lester is the Workforce Specialist at the Minnesota Association of Community Health Centers. She earned her MPH in Community Health Promotion from the University of Minnesota in 2020 and started her role at MNACHC the same year. In her role, Erica supports the 17 Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) across the state of Minnesota and their workforce needs. This role enables Erica to use her passion for community health to make sure vulnerable populations have access to healthcare.
