Ella is a public health professional bringing expertise in the development and implementation of community health programs. Driven by a commitment to community-led solutions, she actively seeks to enhance health quality and promote equitable outcomes. Serving as our Quality Improvement Program Manager, Ella plays a pivotal role in steering the delivery of all MNPQC Initiatives. Her direct collaboration with hospital teams is instrumental in implementing innovative quality improvement initiatives focused on advancing perinatal health across the state of Minnesota.
