Bekah Bischoff is a maternal health advocate and Training Program Manager at MoMMA’s Voices, Preeclampsia Foundation. She collaborates with patient family partners and healthcare providers to integrate lived experiences into quality improvement efforts. Motivated by her own near-death experience with severe preeclampsia, HELLP Syndrome, and postpartum anxiety, Bekah supports mothers in healing from traumatic births and raises awareness by sharing her story. In 2018, she partnered with AWHONN to advocate for maternal health legislation, ensuring mothers’ voices are heard in policy-making and health system enhancements.
