Attend TMAH’s Decemeber Listening Sessions
The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) will be hosting another round of Minnesota Transforming Maternal Health model (TMaH) listening sessions in early December to:
- share model updates
- gather feedback on model implementation and draft policies for provider selection and compliance
- prepare delivery locations for provider applications
- discuss infrastructure payments and transition to value-based payments
Please register for the session that aligns closest with your organization and role. Many of us wear various hats. DHS will be deidentifying, summarizing, and sharing results back with all participants.
DHS kindly asks partners not to register as a listener in other sessions to protect the creation of safe spaces for partners to share honest feedback.
Follow-up survey: Unable to attend or don’t see your role listed? There will also be a follow-up survey where you can provide your feedback.
